Project-Based Learning
This is an ongoing English learning (ESL) programme where children join a new outdoor project every month.
Children learn through doing; exploring, building, observing, questioning. Language becomes something they use, not something they try to remember.
Each session blends nature, conversation, and meaningful experiences, creating space for children to grow in confidence, curiosity, and communication.
– Hands-on, outdoor learning
– Project-based experiences
– Conversation and reflection
– Child-led curiosity, supported by intentional teaching

What is Project-Based Learning?
Project-Based Learning is more than just “doing projects”. It’s a structured approach where learning is driven by meaningful questions and real-world tasks.
The key elements are what make it effective rather than just an activity.
A Glimpse into Sessions

A session might include:
– Investigating plants, insects, or natural materials
– Simple experiments and observations
– Group challenges and collaborative projects
– Games that encourage communication
– Moments of reflection, storytelling, and sharing
– No two sessions feel exactly the same, because children and nature are always changing
